Side Hit Development

JV arrangements are active operating partnerships through Side Hit Development, LLC — not passive investments. Every deal is different. You do your own due diligence and consult your own advisors before committing capital or property.

We match carefully because bad fits waste everyone’s time. Not every inquiry results in an introduction. We receive no compensation from any fund or operator for introductions, and we make no guarantee of access or investment recommendation.
